This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of Domkop AI, operated by Creative Crew Studio Ltd. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy. This AUP forms part of our Terms of Service.

Domkop AI is designed for lawful, personal, and business use, including:

• Writing assistance, brainstorming, and creative tasks

• Business productivity tasks (drafting, summarising, analysis)

2. Prohibited Content

You must not use Domkop AI to generate, request, store, or distribute:

• Illegal content — content that violates any applicable law in South Africa, the United Kingdom, or the user's jurisdiction
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates the sexual exploitation of minors
• Hate speech — content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Harassment and threats — content intended to harass, bully, intimidate, or threaten any person
• Violent or graphic content — gratuitously violent, gory, or otherwise disturbing material
• Misinformation — deliberately false information intended to deceive, particularly regarding public health, elections, or emergencies
• Non-consensual intimate content — intimate images or descriptions of any person without their consent
• Malware and exploits — code or instructions designed to damage, disable, or gain unauthorised access to computer systems

3. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, credit restrictions, or security measures
• Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials to others
• Use the Service to build a competing product
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim affiliation
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or other users' access
• Use the Service in a manner that could disable, overburden, or impair the infrastructure

4. Professional Advice Restriction

Domkop AI is not a substitute for professional advice. You must not rely on AI-generated responses as legal, medical, financial, tax, engineering, or other professional advice.

If you need professional guidance, consult a qualified professional in the relevant field. Any decisions you make based on AI outputs are your sole responsibility.

5. High-Risk Use Prohibition

You must not use Domkop AI for high-risk or safety-critical applications, including but not limited to:

• Medical diagnosis or treatment decisions
• Operation of vehicles, machinery, or critical infrastructure
• Military or weapons-related applications
• Decisions that materially affect someone's legal rights, employment, credit, housing, or access to essential services
• Emergency or life-threatening situations (always call emergency services: 10111 in SA, 999 in UK)

6. Consequences

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in one or more of the following actions, at our sole discretion:

• A warning
• Temporary suspension of your account
• Permanent termination of your account
• Removal of offending content
• Reporting to law enforcement authorities where required or appropriate

We are not obligated to provide notice before taking action, particularly in cases involving illegal content, CSAM, or imminent harm.

7. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any content or activity that violates this policy, please report it immediately to info@creativecrewstudio.co.uk.

8. Changes

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
